WELLER Art Pottery LOUWELSA Large Jardiniere Planter ~ Lily Pattern ~10"

This listing is for a gorgeous WELLER Art Pottery LOUWELSA Jardiniere Planter in a high glaze Water Lily pattern.  It measures 10″ tall, 11.5″ top diameter and the bottom is 7″ diameter. Quite unique, in that it has four handles in the shape of a leaf. Beautifully hand decorated in a floral motif of what appear to be white water lilies against a rich and silky brown glaze. Believed to be made in the early 1900’s. It does have a couple of minor flaws, but they do not detract from the beauty of this gorgeous piece. The flaws are a hairline that extents down 2″ from the top rim on the interior. it does not show on the exterior.  The other is a 1/2″ chip on the exterior rim. Both can be seen in the last two photos.
