WELLER POTTERY BEDFORD MATT GREEN JARDINIERE HOSTAS LEAF-ELEPHANT EAR

This early Weller Pottery Bedford Matt Jardiniere stands 10″ tall, has an inside rim to rim opening of 9.25″, is 10″ in diameter and sits on a base that is almost 6.75″ across. Finished in a very pretty Arts and Crafts period matte green glaze, it is decorated with four raised Hostas leaves or sometimes they are called Elephant Ears. In factory original condition, there are a couple of glaze misses at the inner part of the rim and, as pictured, a bubble burst to the body. Unmarked, with a green wash bottom, you can see the outline of three finger marks! This great Weller Bedford jardiniere will make a fantastic addition to your pottery collection.
