We believe that we are in partnership with our customers to grow the best mushrooms possible. In saying this we both have a role to play. On our end our bags are packed and sealed air-tight with 10mm medical grade seal (new upgrade), then placed in a sterilization chamber at 200 psi for 3-4 hours. Further, upon release from the autoclave chamber they are surface sterilized in an ultraviolet UVC cabinet for 10 minutes. We watch for any contamination in any of the small batches for 48 hours and then when it passes our inspection they are v
acuum packed and sealed in a moisture barrier container and
sent to priority mail to our amazing buyers who are growing their minds all around the World.
We do offer free replacements if you believe that there something was wrong with the bag
