Antique Weller Figural Pottery Matte Green "All's Well" Liquor Flask Whisky Nip

For your consideration is a extremely scarce Weller figural pottery flask. Two toned matte green glaze(one side lighter in color), it is incised “All’s Well” and is a figure of a large man(I think police) with helmet and baton. There is a small chip on hair, hat brim and some faint separations in glaze finish neck/nose lines, other than that this gem is in great condition. Weighs 1.76lbs.
